Murano Glass without Lead
Soda, sand, and lime form the basic composition of our Murano glass artisanal composition, without the use of lead. For colors we use the periodic table’s rare earths and other elements like erbium, neodymium, cobalt, bichromate, and others. The pureness of the raw materials in our artisanal composition show nano-sized, tiny bubbles in the sunlight (resulting from impurities in the artisan process) in each piece. This is impossible to reproduce because of the position of the soda creating the tiny bubbles, the principal characteristic of Bohemian crystal, or others qualities with lead (not Murano glass).
