Geometrie e Avanguardia represents a turning point in the glassmaking art of Luigi Mandruzzato, son of Beniamino Mandruzzato, heir to the great tradition of Murano glass.
Raised among the furnaces of Murano, Luigi absorbed the magic of fire and sand transformed into glass, but his vision looked forward: he wanted to give glass a new, more modern, more architectural language.
His creations reflect the strength of an era of change: the years of design, contemporary art, and great aesthetic revolutions.
