Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days and includes a credit toward another purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Other non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email from info@alessandromandruzzato.com to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and issue a credit.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a personal credit will be issued, valid for the purchase of another product.
Items for sale
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange them for the same item, please email us at info@alessandromandruzzato.com and wait for shipping instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please ship it to: Fondamenta Navagero 54/B30141 Murano (VE), Italy.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
Depending on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
