Barrel Grande – The Sculpted Elegance of Murano Glass
The Barrel Grande vase represents the perfect fusion of tradition and innovation in the world of Murano glass. Mouth-blown according to ancient techniques passed down by the master glassmakers of the island of Murano, this vase is then crafted entirely by hand using diamond and cork wheels to sculpt its surface.
Standing 40 cm tall, Barrel Grande stands out for its elegant and contemporary design, the fruit of Alessandro’s creative vision, which reinterprets the Murano tradition with a modern and refined touch. It is part of the Contemporanea collection, a line that celebrates the dialogue between Murano’s artisanal past and the design of the present.
Each vase is a unique piece, sculpted and finished by hand with extreme care: the small facets that compose the surface create ever-changing plays of light, making each piece unique. Authentic Murano glass, combined with cold-worked glass, gives Barrel Grande a sophisticated allure and timeless quality.
Perfect as a decorative piece, the Barrel Grande vase enhances both classic and modern spaces, adding a touch of elegance and authentic craftsmanship. Upon request, it can be personalized with an engraving—a name, a date, or an initial—to transform it into an exclusive gift or a decorative element of personal value.
Choosing Barrel Grande means bringing a symbol of true Murano artistic glass into your home, where every detail tells the story and mastery of generations of artisans.
